 One perk of this 'lady of leisure' experience...

don't judge...

 is the time and opportunity to be involved in a variety of organizations.

 One such organization is the American Women of Aberdeen, AWA, which offers all types of activities to broaden your horizons.

I won't bore you with all of the 'important' things we do, but

each year, we choose a charity to support, 

and throughout the year, events are held to raise money.

One recent morning, flashes of bling 

and shouts of Mrs. Lilien inspired BLNGO filled the room...  

as serious games ensued.

The hush in the room was broken only by gasps and nervous giggles  as numbers were called...

using my Bingo app...

 and cards filled up.

When all was said and done...

along with a silent auction and raffle...

the BLNGO event was a nice boost to our donation for this year.

Not a bad morning's 'work'.
