A huge shoutout to my blue-eyed baby girl...

Before I headed back, we took a little mother-daughter trip to NYC and finally stayed in Brooklyn at this cool brownstone.

Being a huge lover of eating chocolate...

and 'the foodie' being into the whole process...

the first shop we scouted out was...

where you can see craft chocolate 

being made in their factory.

It is clear...

 

is taken seriously.

Creating every morsel by hand, Mast Brothers have made chocolate making a true art.

Unfortunately, for those of us who live outside the U.S.A.,
they are not shipping internationally.

Something tells me mass production is not part of their business plan.
