The city was already gearing up for March 17th...
but everyday...
Dublin=Guinness...
so...
in preparation for St. Patrick's Day...
we did some research.
in preparation for St. Patrick's Day...
we did some research.
was quite unexpected...
mainly because I had no idea there are so many details involved
in the beer making process.
The gravity bar sitting on top of the Storehouse
gives you views of Dublin in every direction,
and is a lovely place to taste the product
which of course,
only comes in a pint size...
and I don't mean tiny.

I even picked up a few cooking tips.
Have a wonderful weekend and
remember...
in honor of the Emerald Isle...
get your green on.
"No surprise, it’s an entirely American tradition that probably started in the early 1700s. St. Patrick’s revelers thought wearing green made one invisible to leprechauns, fairy creatures who would pinch anyone they could see (anyone not wearing green). People began pinching those who didn’t wear green as a reminder that leprechauns would sneak up and pinch green-abstainers."
