beckons me to our terrace.
Watching rain storms roll in are equally as impressive.

So, imagine my delight...

when the clock struck midnight...

on the eve of Merdeka...

Malaysian Independence Day...

and the most amazing fireworks display...

took place in our backyard.

Needless to say,

there was no hesitation when friends invited us to tag along...

for a closer inspection
of the impressive 452 meters (1182 feet) tall...
Petronas Twin Towers...

and of course, a birdseye view of our building.

Reservations are advisable for your visit.
Skybridges are located at floor 41/42
and the tour includes a visit to floor 41.
Minor sidenote...
the skybridges are actually not attached to the towers
but instead are designed to slide in and out to allow movement.
Wow, just reading that fact for the first time.
Ha!
