This weekend was a treat...

with dinner out

and time spent hanging out in the country

to catch up with the Longhorn Ya-Ya's,

which just so happened to coincide... 

with the annual Santa Show...

at the home of uber creative...

A.Harris in nearby Liberty, Texas.

My children were fortunate...

to have her as an art teacher...

and even spent a week...

during the summers...

out on this fabulous patio...

at art camp.

Their creations still help decorate our home today.

A Longhorn herself...

it was only fitting...

that a Longhorn Ya-Ya road trip...

was in order...
for me to introduce her and her art...

and enjoy...

her cozy home.
