These pure white flakes falling like confetti on my little world
have preoccupied my morning.
I can't seem to stop snapping photos trying to capture just how large those flakes are.
If the first snowfall is any indication of 2013...
it is going to be a BIG year for Aberdeen!
Speaking of big...
Ren Man and I made a big discovery while exploring the Rosemount area of Aberdeen.
If you haven't given up sugar for the new year...
then did we find the perfect spot...
and a trip down memory lane.
Remember the days...
when entering a candy shop with eyes as round as jaw breakers...
would bring on the conflicting feelings of joy and dread all at the same time...
because of the magnitude of choices and
the unfortunate number of coins in your grubby, dimpled hand.
Ren Man required assistance in making his choice and the friendly employees allowed him to perform a taste test before filling his bag with candy from the good ole days.

is a tasty trip down that lane where memories live.
