Under the veil of preparation for our upcoming ski trip to Chamonix...
I flew into Geneva and was Chamexpressed through breathtaking vistas up, up, up to this village nestled in the valley below Mont Blanc.
To say I am more excited now than before is not surprising but definitely an understatement.
Upon our return it will take concerted effort to visit every patisserie and explore every shop between our time on the slopes, but I accept the challenge.
Like the calm before a storm, many shops and restaurants were closed, taking advantage of the offseason to recharge before the streets are filled with holiday travelers...
like us.
